Cambridge for DGB 2nd Edition is a four-level American English integrated skills series for the Upper Secondary public school market in Mexico. Its syllabus is strictly aligned to the national Dirección General del Bachillerato program. It is a series that offers teachers a hands-on and practical solution to teaching English in the classroom. Cambridge for DGB 2nd Edition Student’s Pack provides material for 50-60 hours of instruction. Each block opens with a Big Question based on the theme of the block and is explored through thought-provoking images. Students practice reading and listening strategies, explore vocabulary, deduce grammar patterns, and practice speaking or writing in each block. In addition, students will further develop the four linguistic skills (reading, listening, writing and speaking) on the Skills Development dedicated page. They will also participate in a project to help consolidate the material whilst analyzing and solving a problem.
